2019

The new year feels like the fresh start everyone’s been waiting for. Almost like, it’s a new book instead of a new chapter. I get it… I’m one of those that love looking forward to the idea of what’s to come in the next few months and setting goals for myself that I hope to achieve.

Reflection is an important part of growth and I hope you’ve been able to look back at the last year and celebrate what you have achieved as well as thinking of what you would like to achieve in the near future. Remember to celebrate the little things. They are after all, what add up to the big things.

Speaking of setting goals; relaunching this blog and getting back into what I love is one of mine. Basically, I’m going to pick up where I left off and do more of it this year. Please hold me to it…

Happy New Year.

Here’s to another one. x

London Will Not Fall

After the events of Saturday night I just wanted to quickly give everyone some advice on what they can do if they ever find themselves in an event where they need help and don’t know how to go about getting it.Β
First of all, get yourself to safety. When you are able to do so, call 999. If you are unable to speak the operator will ask you to cough or make an audible sound. If you are unable to make a sound to let the operator know you need help, the call will go through to the Police Voice Response System. You will then hear a message asking you to press 55 if you need emergency services. This will let the police know there is an emergency and help is needed. If you do not press 55 they will not be notified.Β
Londoners are a bunch of tough cookies and this will not divide or conquer us. But it is always important to know what to do in case of emergency and how to protect yourself. Be safe and well my loves.
My thoughts are with all those affected on Saturday night.Β

Introduction

As a fashion fanatic and beauty junkie, I started blogging three years ago at the age of fourteen. Due to my lack of confidence with Β a hobby which I really enjoyed, I soon gave up very quickly. Fast forward three years and here I am again.

My name is Fahmida and I am currently an A Level student living in London. Born and raised in London, I am here to bring you my musings as an artist. Fashion is my greatest passion and will be the majority of the content shared on this platform. You can expect to see my creations and ideas as well as general ramblings from a non stop talk-a-holic. Make-up and Beauty posts will also make appearances on here and so will general Photography of the things I enjoy.

I can’t wait to get started again and back into the swing of things. I hope you can all enjoy my blog as much as I do and join me on this new adventure!
